I like all the solid black in this. Never had a moleskin care to expound on it's virtues?

HA! The kid smiling is always the kid wearing a shirt of the band he is presumable watching. He'll be alright as long as he stays away from the pits...

Trying to recall the best of pits I've ever been in but can't quite recall, always loved fast circles and piggy-back fist-fights. I as well loved every crowd for the Blue Meanies.

Not sure if moleskine have virtues that other books dont have, they are nicely sized and light weight...the papers vary from very thin to watercolor paper(which i prefer)...
They were all a "hook up"... so price wise i dont have a gripe there...im working on my 4th moleskine and might have to break down and buy thye next one, finally...=)

p.s the solid black just helps to anchor the whole composition...i just keep piling on the darks until it feels balanced...the criss crossy back area isnt sitting well with me...maybe i can experiment with watercolors or something similiar to create an effect?

Hmmm, maybe I'll pick one up when my current sketchbook is full but I'll only draw moles in it.
